Halloween is fast approaching, and you can bet Princess Catherine and Prince William won’t want their children to feel left out!

Thanks to Pippa Middleton’s book on party planning, we know the Middleton’s love Halloween! Pippa revealed that she and Kate used to turn off all the lights, then watch out for spooky figures lurking in the dark corners through flickering candlelight. Princess Kate’s sister also included recipes for seasonal favourites like “witchy cauldrons of pumpkin soup”, and suggested decorating the house with “homemade spiders inside window nooks”.

It’s likely some of these Middleton family traditions will be incorporated into Kate’s Halloween party plan for her own children.

It’s also been reported that Princess Catherine took Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis ‘trick or treating’ near their London residence in Kensington Palace last year.

But how they celebrate the spooky season this year will depend on where they are staying. If they celebrate it in their Norfolk Anmer Hall residence, Princess Kate may throw a private party for the children at home.

In 2019 Her Royal Highness was reportedly spotted in a Sainsbury’s near Anmer Hall buying Halloween costumes for her children, but we don’t know what they were…

…the rest of the family’s plans will likely remain a spooky mystery!
