Professor Onai’s Assignment becomes available after the Main Quest /”Percival Rackham’s Trial/”.
The first objective of Onai’s Assignment is to collect one Troll Bogey.
You can find trolls at Troll Lairs in Feldcroft Region.
The second objective of Onai’s Assignment is to cast Depulso on a levitated enemy.
You unlock Depulso from Professor Sharp’s Assignment I.

North of the Troll you can find some enemies.
First cast Levioso and then Depulso on the enemy.
Return to Professor Onai at daytime to unlock the Descendo Spell.
Professor Onai wants me to field test Depulso on a levitated enemy. She also wants me to collect Troll Bogeys, so I will need to find and defeat a troll to complete here assignment. My Field Guide will not guide me through this assignment, but my map could still prove useful.
