Steps:
1. Talk to Saw Paing with Muay Thai equipped twice to learn Lethwei.
2. Break the rock near Retsu trainer by the bridge to tundra.
3. Get a Total Power (Goku) style user and use the Headbutt of Burma on them. You have to be in the basketball court in City 1 for it to unlock.
4. Get someone with That Extreme Pain imagination move and use Forceful Sledge on them.
5. Get someone with Yasha Ape style and use Flying Teep on them.
6. Get an Art of Ali user to hit you when you use Headbutt Counter in the City 2 gym.
7. Now, you should have Python’s Assault and unlocked every move. Enjoy!
