PTR Updated?… Further Balance Patch Notes…

PTR balance patch just recently updated with a little bit more notes. This notes revolves around Summoner’s changes, specifically CO build. It also includes some changes to the slower classes that used to tank hits from bosses. In this video, Kanima goes through the adjust PTR notes.
