After 3rd feb patch they change some ship building time. And after another patch they add 30 days build time in hangzhou which make this rare ship become harder to get. It seems that this rare large fuchuan need 60 days to build. Ordinary large fuchuan takes 50 days to build. So if you need a trading beast invest tech in Hangzhou until it’s above 800 then you can start to aim for a rare large fuchuan there. Don’t need a blueprint to aim for large fuchuan rare variant.
