Now all my precious students will live. Except you Cyril.

[First Day refers to the first day in which the students become recruitable]

Instead of grinding through the game, if you have enough Renown, you can literally just buy their friendship.

This is done in NG because you have access to your renown points. You can spend them on various things such as increasing Support Level, Professor Level, Skill Level, Class Abilities, and Crest. (So if you’re not in NG this will not work)

How to easily recruit someone without vigorous grinding.

Support Level:
Each support level cost 400 Renown. For most of the characters you only need a B rank (800R).

Skill Level:
D is usually the minimum. If you can’t recruit a character with a B rank support and D rank skills, upgrade their support level to A. It only cost an extra 400 points.

Instead of increasing skill to recruit them, it would be more efficient to increase support level instead.

Here is an example of a character that can’t be recruited with a B support level and a skill level of D. (Again most characters can be recruited with B support and D skill, but there are a few that cant’)

Hilda———
B rank support/D rank skill 1800-2800 Renown (Won’t Join)

B rank support/C rank skill 2800-3800 Renown (Will Join)

A rank support/D rank skill 2200-3200 Renown (Will Join)

It takes roughly 20,000 Renown to recruit all the students.
You can also just recruit one student with this method, just upgrade their support level and find out what skill he/she requires. Each student will run about 1800-2200 Renown if done right.
