Reject Humanity Achievement – Archvale

The Shark Cap and Mermaid Tail can be crafted once you have 50 Tough Scales. The Tough Scales are dropped from Fish in the Underwater biome (Brinkreef) and are easy to farm. Once you have a total of 50, simply go to any Blacksmith Anvil and craft the Shark Cap (x20) and Mermaid’s Tail (x30). The achievement should pop once both are equip.
