The town event: The Language of Flowers activates when you speak to Kiel in town square. After that just keep talking to Dolce and go to the clinic every day.
It takes a while to complete, about a week or so.
You learn a lot about their back stories from these events.
Unlike the males, there is no reverse proposals for the females (with the exception of Xiao Pai).
