Below is what I have for achievements (Big shout out to emprissy on Steam)
Code to the door in the dream is enter ‘5364’ into the keypad. I’ve circled the numbers in the dream so you can find them yourself.
Entering the code will get you the batteries included, and work toward achievement: House of the Wretched (1/4)
In the Morgue interact with the drawer that’s two after the open one
The Unknown (1/3)
Pick up the Gear Boy
House of the Wretched (2.1/4)
Pick up the batteries in the kitchen
House of the Wretched (2.2/4)
Enter room 504
A Dark Secret (1/5)
Exit 504 and head left past 501 to inspect the boards against the wall
The Unknown (2/3)
When you get to the basement go past the laundry to the Lost and Found and pick up the game. Go to your inventory and try to play the game, then hit quit
House of the Wretched (2.3/4)
Go into the Basement apartment and walk into the kitchen
The Unknown (3/3)
Chat with Larry and use all dialogue options till you get the prompt to listen to some music.
Metalhead (1/2)
NOTE: Don’t talk to Lisa (janitor) for now; it can prevent completing A Dark Secret
Interact with Sal’s dad to find a quarter!
House of the Wretched (3.1/4)
Exit the apartment and sneak into 403
A Dark Secret (2/5)
Examine the nightstand, chalk outline, and ponies (in this order, looking at the ponies will make the scene change)
Talk to Larry using all dialogue options
Metalhead (2/2)
A Dark Secret (3/5)
Head to floor 3
Talk to Lisa using specific dialogue options:
/”Do you need help?/”
/”I’ll keep him out of trouble/”
/”He told me a dark secret/”
A Dark Secret (4/5)
Head down to the basement and talk to Larry about the curse
A Dark Secret (5/5)
Talk to Chug and use all dialogue options
Trade him a quarter for the key
House of the Wretched (3.2/4)
PLEASE NOTE:
You CANNOT complete the achievements Irritable Bowels and Go to Sleep in the same playthrough
Irritable Bowels (2/3): Take the laxatives near the toilet of the bathroom in 504
Go to Sleep (2/3): Go to Sal’s apartment 402 and grab the sleeping pills from the bathroom
DO NOT GIVE CHARLEY THE TEA JUST YET!
Enter bathroom in 504
Your Gear Boy will light up, so go into your inventory and play the Gear boy
House of the Wretched (4/4) after completing the game
Depending on whether you used the laxative or the sleeping pill:
Irritable Bowels (3/3) OR Go to Sleep (3/3)
