The basics of the game: kill the flies. Your recharge bar is in the top left, and it tells you when you can attack again. Focus on the red and green flies.
Head to 202 and go to Todd’s room to continue the main story

When searching through the doors look at the end of of the hall to see a faint symbol on the wall.
1:14:30 When you spot it keep walking past to get to a secret room. Step on the ominous button in the next room and pull the lever
