Scotty Ray Report 10-13-23

A male subject was taken to a local hospital overnight by personal vehicle with gunshot wounds. His condition is unknown at this time. Shots rang out north of 8th Street leaving Carver School damaged by gunfire. The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department arrested two people after search warrants were issued, both were were drug charges. A wreck in Jasper County on I-59 blocked traffic for hours yesterday when a bus/motorhome vehicle overturned. Judge Buck Roberts held his first court secession in the new Lauderdale County Courthouse yesterday. Clarkdale now holds the title of “Most Rolls” eaten at Logan’s Restaurant, record is 163 rolls.
