Make sure you are using DisplayPort connection. Also make sure to enable gsync or free sync on the actual monitor(by pushing physical buttons on the actual monitor)

Other things that might cause you not to have the G-Sync option
1) You don’t have a G-Sync capable display.
2) You need to install the monitor driver.
3) You need to toggle a setting in the monitor’s OSD (not a OSD that is accessed within Windows).
4) You need to update the monitor’s firmware.
5) You need to update Windows with the latest updates from Windows Update.
