This is the third Broom Flight Trial on the South Coast. This trial will become available after finishing the In the Shadow of the Mine Main Story Quest, and beating it will gain you 180XP. Albie will also begin working on the final broom upgrade for you. You’ll receive a letter in the Owl Post from Albie saying that he’s finished your second broom upgrade (which will cost you 4,000 coins) and to come and talk with him, starting up The Sky is the Limit side quest.
