So this plays as basically any other management type game but this time we are selling organs and buying organs and doing stock market stuff but do not worry, its really not as difficult or confusing as it first appears to be!
The achievements are really easy too, there is just one grindy one that may take around an hour or so to do it by itself, otherwise the game fully is about 2-3 hours.
This is just a quick achievement guide, explaining on how to get each achievement rather than a full walkthrough because your basically just doing the same thing for the entire game.
I have tried my best to explain to you what is going on, how to play the game and the easiest ways to get the achievements.
