(Speedrun) Highfleet Any% WR [23:45] (Now with Sevastopol!)

The critically acclaimed sequel to the last speedrun, now clocking a (hopefully) Impressive 23:45, AND now featuring no edited Flagship, rendering it a proper vanilla speedrun (Apologies for my past error). This run leaves much still to be improved, and is honestly using a flawed doctrine. Previous known WR is my last video: https://youtu.be/6J1mnR9N-hA

NOTE: My game still technically *Is* modified, but only sound files: Russian and English voice libraries swapped, and shot choreograph / reloading sounds directly removed. Otherwise this is a normal copy of 1.15
