For those of us who romanced Tali, her face reveal in the original release of Mass Effect 3 was one of the most disappointing parts of the game. Rather than creating original artwork for the cut scene, Bioware clearly grabbed an image off a stock website, gave the model glowing eyes in Photoshop, and just said /”hey this is Tali…/”

Thankfully, Bioware updated the face reveal scene for Mass Effect Legendary Edition, creating an original image of Tali.

For those of you trying to unlock this in your own playthrough, you need to romance Tali in Mass Effect 2, she needs to survive the final mission, and then you need to reaffirm your romance with her in Mass Effect 3. And she also needs to survive the events on Rannoch. If you do all of those things, when you speak to her on Deck 4 after Priority Rannoch, she will let you know that she left a present in your cabin. Simply head upstairs and interact with the picture on the Commander’s nightstand.
