You will hear all of them refer to Jiang Guangtao as Jiang sir, which is his widely used nickname derived from the fact that he commonly voices very learned/educated characters (小生角色生儿 sir). It’s not a mistranslation
Other than that, they actually refer to Zhao Lu as /”Lu/” and Yang Tianxiang as /”Tian/” but I’ll keep it as their names so it’s less confusing to watch! Just a small trivia because I think that it shows a little about their dynamics!
