Terra Invicta (Humanity First) E3: Invading people to save paperwork & unite America

We have a range of problems. For example, the American population is internally divided, which lowers our research output while holding onto Kazakhstan is getting difficult after than nation suffers its 6th coup in 2 years.

The solution is obvious. While some people would suggest slowly winning over the American public, Humanity knows better. What we really need is a war to bring people together, or two, or four – the more the better really.

So in order to simplify administration and increase science output, it’s time for the joint US-Russian war machine to roll out.
