The Battle Cats – Ultimate Windy Fourth Form of Uber Review

Ultimate Windy is my first fourth form uber. 4th form uber is firstly added to the game v13.0. You need to upgrade the units to level 60 to be able to evolve the 4th form. There are currently three ubers with fourth form. They are Windy, Oda, and Dioramos.

Regular talent upgrade is still needed to optimize the fourth form performance. Windy’s 4th form gained faster attack rate and shorter foreswing with 510 attack range. There is also movement speed improvement. Massive damage ability is replaced with insane damage which makes Windy an ultimate Floating killer.
