First you need to complete the three qualifying races, placing in the top 3 in at least two of them. The races are in City Center, the Badlands and Santo Domingo.
After the 3rd race in Santo Domingo, Claire will let you know that the reason she is racing is to avenge her husband Dean, who was killed in the previous year’s race by Peter Sampson. She will ask for V’s help to get revenge on Sampson. You need to choose the dialogue option /”My priority’s winning./” Otherwise you will not be able to get both cars.
During the final race you need to follow Sampson’s car when he goes off the track. He will wreck his car and Claire will pull a gun on him. During this confrontation you need to choose the timed dialogue responses and then ask Claire to spare Sampson.
If you chose the wrong dialogue after the Santo Domingo race, Claire will execute Sampson and you will not get both cars. However, if you did everything right Claire will spare him and you’ll get the Cthulhu and the Beast as a reward.
After the race skip ahead 7 days and Samspon will text you thanks for saving his life and give you his car as a reward. It will automatically be added to your vehicle list.
