This is made even more apparent with the recent explosion in AI & the accecibility of software using no-code building tools like bubble.
Of course with that, came hundreds of gurus dropping super vague threads on top 10 chat GPT tools & while thousands of of AI tools are hitting the market every day, 90% of them are complete crap.
However, while there is a lot of surface level information out there, beneath all of it lies that genuine golden opportunity if you’re smart enough and fast enough to take advantage of it.

Now there are two separate business models I want to cover in this video. Our first Business Model is a DFY B2B Ai Consulting Firm.
Essentially what this entails is finding businesses with inefficiencies, going in and helping them implement AI tech or building unique custom AI solutions so they can achieve better results.
This is your AAA Agency or your AI Automation Agency that you keep hearing so much about. Now the best example I can give you for this is with Chatbots, there are SO MANY examples you can do with chatbots.
But, you don’t even have to do Chatbots, maybe you go into an agency and build them a custom e-mail marketing software that generates pitches & personalized first lines for emails.
Essentially boiled down very basically it works like this:
1. You find a problem in a niche, let’s say SEO
2. You develop a software to solve that problem
3. You market it & gain users, usually charging them a monthly fee
4. Eventually once it grows big enough you sell it to someone else, otherwise called an “Exit”
To Summarize:
– A DFY AI Building Service
– You’re building custom solutions & implementing them into businesses to help them achieve better results
– you’re basically building smaller scale software but individualized for a businesses specific needs rather than a big public release
– Pricing Mode can either be Equity, Upfront Payment, or MRR
Now we have our second business model which is a DIY Software model, this one is arguably harder but you have more independence and control
That is, just starting a SaaS company yourself. This is going to be your highest leverage opportunity when it comes to making some serious long term money, but it can also be risky.
