You will first encounter gunk spitters in chapter 5 and throughout the rest of the game. They are enemies that are rooted to the ground and shoot projectiles at you. An easy way to get this achievement is to catch a gunk spitter projectile and throw it back at them. This will stun it and allow you to run behind it. Hang out for a little bit making sure that when it is no longer stunned it has no idea you are there. Then grab it and kill it.
