So by Overwhelming Demand here is my dive into modern controls, in the form of a tier list! Broken down into who I think actually benefits from Modern in a more competitive setting. This isn’t a list for people who are brand new and are picking modern to learn the game, this is assuming you already have knowledge of how to play, and are looking to get a competitive edge out of modern, but you can still do all the normal things Street Fighter 6 demands of you.
