The Most Mysterious Organization on Xianzhou Explained Honkai: Star Rail

Patch 1.5 of Honkai Star Rail introduced the new character Huohuo and a new quest that brought the players back to the Xianzhou Luofu for a new adventure in the eerie Fyxestroll Garden. With this quest, HoYoverse also gave us more information about the mysterious organization of the Xianzhou Alliance called the Ten-Lords Commission. They handle a variety of jobs, but the most important one is dealing with the mara-struck and the long-life species that violet the Ten Unpardonable Sins.

While I had a hard time grasping their role at first, it quickly dawned on me that they are… an underground police force that handles jobs the other commissions are not well suited for. Contrary to popular belief, they are not one of the Six Commissions of the Alliance and are not restricted by the Six Charioteers.
