This is Empire 2 but for Medieval II – LUCIUM TOTAL WAR 3.5 REVIEW

You know that feeling when you discover a new Total War mod and it completely blows you away? Well, that’s exactly what happened to me when I found Lucium Total War, a mod that takes place in the age of the end of Pike and Shot and modernizing armies – and it continues to blow me away with every update. And as lucky as I am, I got to test out the massive new and improved update, namely Lucium Total War 3.5, a mod that essentially functions as an Empire Total War 2, which will be released to the public early next year!

Lucium takes Medieval 2 into the 1700s and the age of empires, but don’t think that just because you own a lot of land, that you’re safe. Succession crises, internal conflict and external wars, including events and decisions make Lucium one of the best Medieval 2 mods I’ve ever played, and that’s something I didn’t expect to say about a mod for a 17 year old game in 2023.
