I discuss Honkai: Star Rail’s v1.4 Tier List and also showcase my Jingliu who has JUST Released 0 Cycle in Memory of Chaos, alongside her build, relics, and more! Today we see how top-tier Jing Liu or if she’s not as good as people think she is in this gameplay of her! I give you guys a full showcase of Jingliu to showcase her damage potential and also how she does in MoC (Memory of Chaos)! Jingliu is an Ice Destruction Class Character who drains the health of allies to enhance her damage, has two forms, and overall looks very promising for a Main DPS with builds!

For my MOC 10 Run, I used Jingliu with Bronya, Tingyun, and Fu Xuan. As for lightcones, I used Jingliu’s Signature Lightcone /”I shall be my own Sword/
