This Move UNLOCKS The TRUE POWER of Ultra Instinct Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Online Battles

I played on PC due to when i was trying to record the side by side comparison video. Data Input is a pretty good move when combined with UI. Since Data Input allows you to dodge strike supers, you can basically be untouchable with physical moves.
