Victoria 3 is sometimes criticized for needing more historical flavor, uniqueness in national gameplay and differences, or for being too disimilar to Victoria 2. In this video I’m looking at the Victoria 3 Ultra Realistic Mod Series, focusing on the first two entries – ultra realistic research & education, and ultra realistic politics. You can’t unlock a thing, defeat an enemy, or really do anything without your techs and your politicians in Victoria 3, and the cahnges this mod pack makes goes wider still with some adjustments to AI behaviour and HEAPS of flavor and of course historical accuracy in tampering things like fast colonialism and absurd tech tree reaching.
