In this video we take a look at a battle in the Summer Cup using a powerful team consisting of Tropius in the lead with Vigoroth as a safe-switch and Empoleon in the back. Vigoroth is arguably the best safe-switch in this meta with almost no Pokémon being able to wall it. Vigoroth also lures out many of the threats to Empoleon, allowing for Empoleon to be less at risk as a closer. All of this combined allows us to overcome a hard-counter match-up in the lead and a tough secondary match-up.
