Tiny Tower Gold Farm How To

Just posting this to help some friends regarding how gold farms work. The first step would be to have a fresh tower. And you will need to have at least one gold ticket.

1) brand new tower (rebuilt or new)
2) complete the tutorial
3) DO NOT build more than the two floors required
4) have two apartment floors
5) have one that holds your required (1) bit
6) delete the other apartment and rebuild it prior to delivering a “guest”
7) use the gold ticket on the apartment with the guest

Disclaimer: if you simply place a “gifted bit” (out of the blue box) onto an apartment floor that already has the gold ticket equipped, it will not turn the “guest” to gold. The apartment must start out regular/without the gold ticket.
