Transcendent Progression is Gatekept by Thaemine Hard Clears…

Thaemine progression system, Transcendent is a major increase in damage. Unfortunately, unlocking all of them requires Hard Mode clears at 1630 ilvl. Players were under the impression to park at 1620 to do Thaemine normal and use Advanced Honing. However, this means that they won’t be unlocking the majority of Transcendent. On top of that, it has been confirmed that 1620 to 1630 honing vs advanced honing cost are practically the same.
