Victoria 2 Tripoli Guide (Vanilla, No Cheats, No Glitches*)

Adapted from the popular video game franchise, Victoria 2 follows rookie strategist Whims Num (Tripoli Player) and his assistant Algeria (Algiers) as he attacks his enemies in a state of warfare. With limited troops and save-scumming as his only weapon, can Whims turn the game around when all the odds are stacked against him?

*I accidentally used a glitch in the video, but it is entirely possible to complete without glitches (as was done on my completed save). As Tripoli, you WILL start with NO generals, the glitch I used (on accident) gives you free generals (it seems). I am still in the process of testing the glitch, but everything shown in the video is still possible without the use of glitches.
