What if you let Jean die? (Fire Emblem Engage)

If you choose to ignore Jean and let him die, the game just moves on and shows no special cutscene. NOW, if you ignore him completely (and he’s alive) and don’t turn him into a blue unit, the same original cutscene plays, the game just assumes you talked to him.
