Where to Find Fiddlehead Ferns

In this video, CIPS Technical Advisor Corey Kinsella will explain where to find fiddlehead ferns and how to identify them. Fiddlehead ferns are a type of fern (ostrich fern) that grow wild. Used by many Indigenous People as medicine and food, fiddleheads are relatively easy to find and harvest.
