Who gets BUFFED gear with Furina? Genshin 4.2 Theorycrafting

Furina’s gameplay is revealed! My initial thoughts on which characters get artifacts/weapon buffs purely from playing with furina – not considering team analysis yet! I am using this format but it is not a tierlist! Also I don’t usually do vids without extensive research beforehand but since this livestream reveal was so exciting I thought it would be fun to share my thought process. feel free to disagree with some thoughts in the comments especially if you did your own calcs. as mentioned, some of these i already did some quick calcs on but a lot is admittedly guesswork without calcs.
