Why is Marvel's CGI is such a JOKE?

She Hulk and Moon Knight had some of the worst CGI / VFX I’ve seen, and its just getting worse as the years go on, we should be going forwards not backwards, but every new installment (espically in the MCU / Disney Plus) we just see worse and worse effects, whole scenes, suits, feet, its all CGI generated, Where have the practical effects gone?
