Why is the Genji Shield harder than Minerva! Crisis Core Reunion #shorts

It took me far longer to obtain the Genji Shield than it did to defeat Minerva.

After dozens of runs and multiple deaths I finally ended up quickly and repeatedly forfeiting as soon as the /”Boring/” appeased over Magic Pot.
Eventually though (and with a sky high dmw) I was finally able to get an Octoslash netting me the Genji Sheild.

As opposed to Minerva who I defeated after only a few attempts.
