You will get this killing Cryo Cicin Mage while the Cicins are still active.
I will show you how to do it easily.

It will give you 5 primogems.

Like always, I hope you all get lucky with your Genshin Impact 3.8 banners, Klee, Eula, Kokomi or Wanderer.

Or, you can save it for the next genshin Impact 4.0 or 4.1 although hoyoverse has not released any info regarding the characters and if you see Genshin Impact leaks, they are illegal.
