You will get this by doing Noelle’s hangout event for the hidden achievement.

It will give you 75 primogems in total.

Like always, I hope you all get lucky with your Genshin Impact 3.8 banners, Klee, Eula, Kokomi or Wanderer.

Or, you can save it for the next genshin Impact 4.0 or 4.1 although hoyoverse has not released any info regarding the characters and if you see Genshin Impact leaks, they are illegal.
